Ginger Brewton has been an interior designer for five years, after studying design in New York. She is very excited to be participating in her first Charleston Symphony Designer Showhouse. The bedroom in the 1835 Whiting House is anchored by a Tufenkian carpet enveloped with blues and grays, which set the stage for a peaceful and serene color palette. A custom velvet headboard is a decadent focal point, where the bed is layered in luxurious textures creating a dreamy cocoon. The sophistication of the bedroom is carried into the adjoining bathroom, where the space was updated with a penny tile floor pattern and accented with elegant lighting, composing a well balanced design.
